Submission Form

Submitting to Dagmay Dagmay accepts submissions from Mindanao-born or Mindanao-based residents. We publish poetry, short fiction, one-act plays and essays in English, Bisaya, Tagalog, and native Mindanawon languages. We have a strong preference for stories and essays with local color, typically between 800 to 1,200 words.

Please paste the text of your submission into the text area below. You can send in multiple entries, but limit one story or poem per submission.

Optionally, you may include a copy of your work in Rich Text Format. Include this if your piece has special formatting requirements, or is longer than 1,200 words. Only RTF files will be accepted.




For Pictures and Words, please attach your photo or scan. Only JPG files, no more than 1MB, are allowed.

Certification and Verification By submitting this form and your entry, you certify that the attached manuscript is an original work by your own hand.
